Manchester United Manger Loius Van Gaal looks further to strengthen his midfield after going trophy-less in his first spell at United. After completing the move for German captain Bastian Schweinsteiger from Bayern Munich, Manchester United have gone ahead to secure the deal for Southampton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin after seeing two initial bids rejected by the Saints.
Morgan Schneiderlin who joined the saints from Strasbourg in 2008 for 1.2m, has played over 250 games for the Saints, with 30 appearances last season which helped the Saints finished seventh position.
Morgan Schneiderlin will reportedly join the Red Devils in the coming days, as the player has reportedly undergone medical tests and he is set to sign a four year deal with his new club. The 25 year old was valued at about £25m, but United wrapped up the deal in reported £24m.
Morgan will now join up with his new teammates in United States for United pre-season tour in few days time.
