The Vice Chancellor,
Prof. Joshua Owan Enoh,
Cross River University of Technology
CRUTECH.
I write with great displeasure and feeling of intimidation to bring to your notice the fraudulent caricatures going on in the transcript section of the school.
With due respect Sir, my sister Miss Rose Oden have applied for her Academic transcript during the following years October 2011, January 2014, and November 2015 respectively at a fee payable to the CRUTECH Bank.
Miss Rose Oden has with her photocopies of the bank teller and receipts; but the Deputy Registrar has refused to act with the photocopy, that Miss Rose Oden should make a fresh payment. I see this as another way to frustrate my sister's admission bid.
Sir, throughout these years, the Transcript section keep giving one excuse or the other for their ineptitude while my sister Miss Rose Oden misses her chances of getting admitted for a post graduate study within the said years.
It is worthy of note that my sister is not the only victim of the transcript fraud as many others are complaining same, while several efforts to meet you proves abortive as I would be asked by your securities if I had previous appointment with you?
My reason for this Essay is for you to give the staff of CRUTECH transcript unit a reorientation due to the sensitivity of the unit in order not to stall student's postgraduate admissions ambition.
As a graduate of CRUTECH in the days of Prof. Kevin Etta and Prof. Eka Braide,
I never experienced these type of disconnect between students and staff when it comes to transcript collection.
Thank you sir, as you use your elevated office to look into this matter of fact.
Best Regards
Helen Oden
