Our correspondence gathered that a woman suffering from Dementia ( Memory loss) was seen wondering calabar yesterday, the eve of Valentine's day. A good Samaritan identified as Murphy Ray Ugba, saw her and like Christ, had compassion on her.
A picture they say is worth more than a thousand words.
