Dear Speaker, John Gaul Lebo, could you please oblige us soft copies (or links thereto) of the above recent laws passed by your legislature recently? Where can we have (soft) copies of these laws please? I am curious to know what the Corporate Social Responsibility Agency would be doing. Thanks.

March 10, 2016.

The above letter to the Rt. Hon. Speaker of the Cross River State House of Assembly is an edited copy of two texts messages that Obo Effanga made in response to a news item published on this blog titled: See New Agencies Constituted by Ayade at the Instance of the CRSHA http:/www.negroidhaven.org/2016/03/see-new-agencies-constituted-byayade.htmlutm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=facebook

It seems to me that Mr. Obo Effanga is a mouthpiece of other Cross Riverians who are hankering for the recently passed laws of the 8th Cross River State House of Assembly. As at my last count, the Assembly under review have passed no fewer than 9 bills into Law.

While Effanga is interested in Corporate Social Responsibility Agency law, other Cross Riverians, who are following political trend in the state, may be interested in other recently passed laws. For instance, the one may be interested in the Wharf Landing law; while the other may be interested in the Water Front Infrastructure Law.

It's in view of this that I scripted a letter to the Deputy Chief of Staff to the Right Honourable Speaker of the CRSHA, Mr. Elemi Lebo, which reads thus:

'Good morning Deputy CoS to the Rt. Hon. Speaker of the Cross River State House of Assembly.

I made this publication this morning See New Agencies Constituted by Ayade at the Instance of the CRSHA http://www.negroidhaven.org/2016/03/see-new-agencies-constituted-by-ayade.htmlutm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=facebook

And one Obo Effanga requested that they would love to have a copy of the Corporate Social Responsibility Agency law to see for themselves what that agency will be actually doing. I believe other Cross Riverians will also want to read that law.

How can your office fix that?'. In response, Mr. Lebo explained that, 'I'm out of town for now will contact you when i am in town'. On his part, the Rt. Hon. Speaker John Gaul Lebo said in response to a similar letter thus: 'I will call the clerk'. We are still waiting.

So, I am calling on the leadership of the 8th Assembly of Cross River State to see to it that the laws recently passed by the House be made handy and available to interested Cross Riverians.
