I appreciate the debate of my learned friend Eno Iyamba and his claims that I was paid to defend Professor Cyril Ndifon whom he claimed to be a serial rapist. I urge Eno Iyamba to go close to Professor Ndifon and ask if he will find out any evidence that he bribed me. As a Professor and a proud man Professor Ndifon does not pay to clean his name. In fact, all we have heard about the rape matter is from the alleged victim and now his counsel who has failed in discharging his case and proving that Professor Ndifon raped Ekong Nkang.  When the whole thing began, Agba Jalingo needed his money as a bait to defend and clear Professor Ndifon's name and when I told Professor Ndifon he said he does not pay monies for such things. As counsel to the alleged rape victim why not go to court than this online blackmail. I stand for justice and urge you to make proper investigation about me, I am still the average man  because I don't compromise my integrity for money unlike CrossRiverWatch that has turned into a propaganda machine over the years. Why have you chosen to convict Professor Ndifon on Facebook rather than in the court? More than 7 months after being consulted, your law office is yet to institute a case to proof Professor Ndifon is a rapist, and a serial one according to your allegation. In case you have instituted any case tell us the court you did that and the suite number. As it stands now, Profe Ndifon remains innocent until proven guilty by the court and not by your paid online job.

On the whole I heard that you client's is angry with you for deceiving her and hiding the medical report that indicted the daughter. This proves you as a bad counsel and one who sacrifices the interest of your client at the altar of greed. Could this attack on me be a way of showing that you are doing something? The best way to prosecute this matter is by securing a court judgement and not by way of online blackmail.

Did you say I am concealing Professor Ndifon because he paid me? Please take note that I depend on my salary and nobody funds my activism. I use the car I bought with my money and nothing has changed since I joined politics. I challenge you to point out who has paid me. For who pays Agba Jalingo the crowd are many. Suddenly CrossRiverWatch has gone moribund in news because no money comes from election campaigns any longer nor is any politician ready to pay them because their credibility has dropped. The last time I heard that some politicians are gunning for credible and independent online journalists to to save their image because the CrossRiverWatch is now seen compromised and can no longer hid their dirty past, some have began consultations to buy credible online blogs like Negroidhaven.org especially to cover their dirty past. I am on the watch for this.

Agba Jalingo's work is biting hard on Cross Riverians, his support for project that has turned to bite hard on us like the Tinapa Business and Leisure Resort, Conference Centre and presently the Super Highway way only to feed his greed is surely waning his credibility. It is noted that Agba Jalingo is a proclaimed praise singer of all the governments and agencies that has contributed in enslaving us.

Come to think of it what job does Agba Jalingo do outside of 'amebo' for politicians, but we know he is rich. To the best of my knowledge he has no real way of wealth creation other than blackmail or praise singing for pay. Or, can someone tell me to justify his source of wealth? It smells an obvious commercialization of journalism for personal gain.

Eno Iyamba, have you left allegations of rape to concentrate on sexual assault? This is laughable. Come to think of it how many times was your client raped? Is it twice in accordance with her petition or once according to her affidavit on oath? Could she have forgotten how many times so soon? What is her true age, Sunday Sun says she is 17, the petition mentions 20, medical report, 21 and University of Calabar's Faculty of Law records pegs her age at 23. Could such a serial lair be trusted and taken serious? Remember, she is a year five law student; now, when exactly did she begin studies in the University of Calabar?

You alleged sexual assault, is it not lame to prove the guilt of Professor Cyril Ndifon on Facebook? Seven months gone and you have not charged Professor Ndifon to court only to convict him on social media with CrossRiverWatch as a channel of blackmail. Or, may I be making a mistake? Please tell me the court that pronounced Professor Ndifon to have assaulted the said girl. The medical report says there was no laceration, based on the evidence given by your client the sex was forceful and painful and the medical report has disproved this. Please where did you infer see? Could it be from the statements of the girl which is grossly contradictory and unreliable or the medical report? Please I need scientific prove different from your online judgement arrived at due to frustration in proving your client's case.

Agba Jalingo alleged that the law class of 1997 alleged that Professor Ndifon is a serial rapist, can you give me the suit number of the judgement that pronounced this conviction on Professor Ndifon? Law is a serious business and not for babes, please be diligent in carrying out this noble profession or you may risk yourself the identity of a poor lawyer. My advise is that you do Law as a learned friend and not like a tout using social media to arrive at uncritical position? However, I understand the need to earn a living as a lawyer but please, please, please, please do it honourably. I remember Agba Jalingo's  publication that a law class of 1997 alleged that Professor Ndifon is a serial rapist. I remember that Agba Jalingo immediately deleted the post. Could Agba Jalingo be also accustomed to collecting money that he compromised after collecting money from Professor Ndifon? Why did Agba Jalingo chose to cover a heinous crime like rape?

Obviously, you seem to be indicting Agba Jalingo than proving the rape allegations against Professor Ndifon. At this point, I expected you to institute a case against Professor Ndifon by now instead of being a prosecutor only on Facebook.  Your efforts on Facebook is one in futility. Professor Ndifon remains innocent until proven guilty and the more you pronounce his guilt only on Facebook the more you will continue to define yourself as a bad lawyer and drive your clientele.

He who alleges must prove —you are yet to discharge your obligation. Your arguments seems to help build my case that Professor Ndifon rape allegations is a mere set up with CrossRiverWatch as the propaganda machine. I simply urge you to use the court as your channel of prosecution if we must take you serious.
