One Governor, from one of the State in the South South zone just came back from Germany. He quietly went to his house in Abuja. Spent two days in Abuja and then nicodemously sneaked into the State he governs without blowing the usual wow wow wow wow(You should know what I mean).

The said governor spent the weekend in his State unannounced. But by Monday morning he was seen in Abuja again.

According to sources close to this governor, he is not going to go back to the State he governs until he has been able to broker a deal that will ensure a soft landing for his younger brother who spent 2.7 billion Naira in the construction of a signature project that was to cater for the employment needs of the widows in their State.

The same younger brother, referenced and highly worshipped by appointees in that State is also fingered in the disappearance of half of the bailout funds the State got from federal government.

About 4.8 Billion of the Bailout Funds disappeared into thin air from government account but later found by EFCC in private accounts belonging to the governor's brother.

This said younger brother has also authorized the payment of 700 Million Naira from the Ministry of Millennium Development Goals which he used to escape arrest and has since sent himself to self exile in faraway China. Hmmm.

It is quite easy for Ifere Paul to chase this thief, arm robber, and kidnapper from China as latest information from China has also shown were the governor has bought a house early this year.

This two confused men should remember that China is Ifere Paul's second home and that Ifere will be making a formal appeal to the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs to repatriate this fugitive back to Nigeria to come and face his charges.

There is no hiding place for a thief in China, especially, one with corruption charges hanging on his neck from his country. Most seriously, one who used another country's money to acquire property(s) in China, and or one running away from arrest in his country.

Perhaps the elder brother can read the English Version of the Chinese Constitution to know that China does not harbor criminals.
