Yesterday, 12th August was a bitter Friday for the families of some unidentified acvident victims, and the community dwellers of Ikot Udo Ime, in Nsit Ubium of Akwa Ibom State as 10 persons, including two pregnant women lost their lives to a blood – letting accident.
NHB garnered that the accident involved the collision of heavy duty vehicles and other private cars on Uyo-Eket Road, Nsit Ubium Local Government Area of the State.
Curiosity drives me to ask? Isn't this local Government, the same that earlier claimed the life of a female corp member who was burnt to death in a fire accident some months ago, specifically on Thursday 23rd of June 2016?

Is it a mere coincidence that it is the same state and the same local Government ? Or is there more to that which meets the human eye?
Will I be too rash to conclude that this location in Akwa Ibom is gradually becoming a " Death trap" for travellers?
Is it by any way confirming my suspicion?
What is the Government of Akwa Ibom State with the help of the FRSC officials, doing to curtail these incessant cases of accidents and loss of innocent lives?
Many questions begging for answers.
I call on Mr Emmanuel Udom to come to the rescue of the State.
