The Iwuru/Biase section of the Calabar-Ikom federal highway is said to have been blocked for a larger part of today NegroidHaven has learnt.
According to an journalist, George Odok Jnr, the incident is occasioned by the ‘failed portion of the federal highway’.
Road users have been stuck since 8AM.
