The Governor of Cross River State, Mr Ben Ayade, Friday, redeemed his N10 million pledge to physically challenged musician, Mr Patrick Inaku Odey popularly called Kelly B at the State House NegroidHaven can report.

Recall that during the maiden edition of NorthFest, Governor of Cross River, Ayade promised Kelly B the the said sum while he was performing.
A writer, Paul Ojeka, has described the gesture as a 'mini relief kit' of His Excellency. Others have described His Excellency as the talk-and-do Governor.
