Congratulations officers.
P4P is a network dedicated to promoting peace in the Niger Delta. It comprises people with different backgrounds and orientations who can come together, not to point fingers or take sides, but to understand and address the root causes of conflict and build peace. P4P accomplishes this task through activism, advocacy and partnership with relevant organisations.
According to the website, www.p4p-nigerdelta.org, Partners for Peace is a network supported by Partnership Initiatives in the Niger Delta (PIND) whose mission is to build social capital around peace building through amplifying the voices of positive actors, building a network of self-identified agents of peace, and leveraging that network through facilitation, small grants, and capacity building. This network includes stakeholders from civil society, community based, organizations, nongovernmental organizations, private companies, donor organizations, and the general public committed to promoting peaceable livelihoods in the Niger Delta
