The Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC) Cross River state branch is set to adopt one of Cross River Governor Ben Ayade's henchmen, Mr Goddy Etta for Senate, Cross River Central Senatorial District NegroidHaven has learnt.
The final decision to adopt Mr Etta the incumbent Honourable Commissioner for Education in the state as well as the Director General of Team Ayade, the apex second term gubernatorial bid campaign organisation will take place at Freeman Hotel, in Calabar by 4PM today.
Though there are other senatorial hopefuls like Mr Dodeye Arikpo, incumbent Senator John Owan-Enoh, etc our source explained that it's not yet clear why IPAC Cross River is poised on taking this decision.
Maybe, they will make it clear at the meeting. Again, when our correspondent queried whether there would be other adoptions outside Senate, our anonymous source said that would decided at the adoption venue.
