PRESS RELEASE
Following the commendable and relatively free, fair and credible party congress conducted by the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Cross River State, the leadership of the Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC) in Cross River State wishes to charge other political parties in the state to tow the path of freedom, fairness and credibility in the conduct of their anticipated Congresses.
Particularly, IPAC Cross River is tasking the duo of Young Progressives Party (YPP) and Freedom and Justice Party (FJP) whom we are aware are about to conduct their congress to eschew violence and any untoward practice(s) that will undermine the tenets of democracy.
While we charge you to grant primacy to internal democracy in your respective fora, we should be guided by the consciousness that no political party, including her wishes is bigger than the people, that is, the electorates; the people and their aspiration stands taller than any other dented concerns.
Put Cross River first.
Signed
Pst. Sunday Michael
State Chair,
