Dear appointees,
I bring you warm regards from all of us at Greater Ogoja Development Initiative.
This letter is intended to help refresh your memory that we are aware that you are now in position to influence the governor for the good of the entire Cross River state and especially for the benefit of your sponsoring community.
You are in that office first because of where you come from. A very intelligent, hardworking, highly read Ekiti man living in Ogoja or Boki will not be given that appointment you are currently enjoying. It is our ticket you are enjoying and so always think about us at all times.
Today, we are few days to the expiration of the bill seeking to establish the FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY OGOJA and your principal, our amiable governor is yet to lead a delegation to the presidency to openly advocate for the signature of Mr President we all know regard and respect him so much.
It is now your duty to impress upon him to do the needful for the people of northern Cross River where he is coming from. Please tell him that all eyes are on him now. You cannot pretend not to know the importance of the university at this time and your boss being a professor, ought to know that we cant afford to miss this opportunity.
Yesterday, I watched the Ebonyi state governor addressing state house reporters over his meeting with Mr President over pressing issues affecting Ebonyi state. Tell your boss, (our governor) to create time out of his crowded schedule to urgently see Mr President for us.
If you cannot talk with him, just send this message to him.
As a political leader, it your job to market your boss, (our governor) and all his achievements in office. This is one project that will promote him.
We have men waiting to be led by the governor to see Mr President.
I hope this simple letter will wake you up and we hope to see the result of it very soon.
If we cannot get it now that our son is the governor and our brother is a minister of the Federal republic, then it means that we are doomed as a people.
Use all means possible to persuade him.
