According to F. Baba Isa a lawyer ‘When we sat in his office in Calabar to review that Federal High Court decision, I told him categorically and prophetically, that the Court of Appeal will reverse that decision. With respects, that decision of the Federal High Court was wrong and utterly misdirected.’
