Nigeria’s apex court, the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Thursday, declared Rt. Hon Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe of the House of Representatives the winner of the PDP Cross River North Senatorial Bye-election Primary.
By this judgement, the contention between Jarigbe and Dr Stephen Odey Esq, over who is the right candidate of the Peoples’ Democratic Party, in the recently concluded bye-election after the death of Senator Rose Oko has been resolved.
