His Excellency the Executive Governor of Cross River, Ben Ayade has Thursday presented the Budget of 'Blush and Bliss' pegged at the sum of N277,708,000 (Two Hundred and Seventy Seventy Billion, Seven Hundred and Eight million Naira) before the 9th State House of Assembly for the 2021 fiscal year NEGROIDHAVEN can say authoritatively.
According to the governor's presentation, 69 percent of the budget of Blush and Bliss tagged numerically at N192 billion is designated to recurrent expenditure, while 31 percent of N88 billion is given to capital expenditure.
In an interview with the Speaker of the 9th Assembly immediately after the governor's presentations, Rt. Hon. Eteng Jones Williams while comparing the 2020 and 2021 budget estimates, said the 2021 appropriation law 'looks more realistic'.
