In his effort to constantly give more bit to the third arm of government for quick dispensation of justice in the state, Governor Ben Ayade, Thursday swore in three new judges of the high court of Cross River State.
Speaking after carrying out the swearing in ceremony, Governor Ayade charged the three new Judges to dispense justice with the fear of God.
He stressed the need for the third arm of government saddled with the responsibility of dispensing justice to all, without fear or favour and that role of judges is divinely ordained and must be carried out with utmost care, value for human sanctity and fear of God.
The three new Judges are, Justice Imelda Bassey Etape, Justice Obo Awusa Obo, and Justice Emmanuel Ubua.
The swearing in ceremony which took place at the Cross River State Executive Council Chambers, Governor's Office, Calabar witnessed large turn out of family members, colleagues and friends of the newly sworn-in Judges of the Cross River State High Court.
