The Honourable Commissioner for Information, Cross River state, Mrs RoseMary Archibong Esq., has expressed her uncertainty as to why her principal His Excellency, Prof Ben Ayade, the Executive Governor of Cross River state cried during the ceremonial signing of the state 2018 Appropriation law amounting to N1. 3Trillion shall not fall in vain NegroidHaven can report.
The State information boss made this known recently via a piece titled : 'Why he wept: I guess'. In the three paragraphed essay, Archibong who actually noted that the tears weren't borne out of hopelessness and despair but from out of the resolve to take the state into contentment, peace and prosperity was found to be saying 'I'm trying to guess why… I think our Gov wept from a heart of… I guess our Gov's tears were…I think this, I think that'.

If the image maker of that state can't tell us in certainty why the governor cried, who else can be sure!? That is to say, Ayade mayn't be able to tell us why he cried! Hmmm!
Even information Commissioner no fit pretend to tell us with certainty why her principal cry. She knows the truth —We don enter one chance!
