The photo features the Executive Governor of Cross River State, Mr Ben Ayade in company with the reigning Miss Africa, Queen Neurite Mendes.
The controversial picture had one saying Gov Ayade best fit a professional dancer, musician and comedian. Whereas, another has queried shouldn’t a governor dance? The picture portrays the governor, in the eyes of some, as one given to jollification —a jolly good fellow.
