A Nigerian of Cross River origin, namely, Dr Ralph Ogar Oko has been confirmed kidnapped along Mina road in Abuja NegroidHaven has garnered.
He was allegedly missing four days ago nevertheless friends and family members confirmed that his telephone number started connecting and he confirmed being kidnapped.
Dr Ogar is from Yala local government area of the Cross River and the Secretary General, Universal Peace Federation, Abuja Nigeria.
Anybody with useful information about his whereabout should please contact the nearest Police station.
According to Yodatai, Nigeria kidnapping rate was at level of 0.3 cases per 100,000 population in 2013, down from 0.4 cases per 100,000 population previous year, this is a change of 8.33%. The digital data facility further observed that, 'Nigeria kidnapping was at level of 574 number in 2013, down from 600 number previous year, this is a change of 4.33%.' This is alarming!
