Chief Mark Ogbeche Ukpo, a 1999 gubernatorial candidate of the All Peoples Party (APP) of Yala indigenisation, Friday, went on to be with the Lord NegroidHaven can report.
The late Chief Mark, who died in the evening of Friday was a former northern senatorial district senatorial contender of the Progressive Peoples Alliance (PPA) in 2007.
This illustrious grassroots politician, who was a force to be reckoned with in Cross River politics will be profoundly missed by many.
