The management of University of Calabar have slated 8th and 9th of November for a special International Academic Conference in the Conference hall of the Institution.
The conference tagged: "RE- VISITING THE STRUCTURAL FOUNDATION OF NIGERIA FEDERALISM" has requested the presence of the Hon .Sen Owan- Enoh as Chairman of the Openning ceremony.
Sen. John Owan-Eno, who also seats as the Chairman, Senate Committee on Finance, National Assembly, Abuja is no doubt a versatile personality as it regards such issues of National concern.
NHB garnered firsthand from a reliable source, that the said conference is geared towards combating the present socioeconomic and political imbroglio that have unfortunately crippled our collective unity in Nigeria, is organized by the University's Institute of Public Policy and Administration (IPPA) in collaboration with African research council for sustainable development (ARCSD).
The conference is scheduled as follows:
