The underlying address is credited to Rt. Hon. Onofiok Luke, the Speaker of Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly. It borders on the remedial work ongoing on the grossly dilapidated condition of the Calabar-Itu federal road.
It will be recalled that about a forth night ago Rt. Hon. Luke expressed his disappointing experience on the said road having been stucked on that road until he failed to appear as a guest speaker in the 2016 edition of Career Day organised by the Bridge Leadership Foundation in Calabar.
