The management and staff of Cross River State Ministry of Information Communication Technology surprised their boss, Honourable Commissioner Chief Offu E. Aya on his birthday which was incidentally 4th August, the birthday of US President Barack Obama.
Account has it that the state digital boss Commissioner Chief Aya was taken by surprise as he matched into the ministry complex without knowing what his staff had planned for him. They poured encomiums on him as God sent and prayed for his protection and divine guidance.
The ministry also embarked on a 3 day digital training workshop in partnership with an NGO namely, 9jabase as a birthday gift to CRS Youths. It was indeed a life touching birthday celebration.
