Sequel to his Saturday 12 March winning of the rerun election of Yakurr II State Constituency, where Rt. Hon. Eteng Jones Williams secured his seat at the Cross River State House of Assembly with 4380 votes against APC's 3670 and
LP's 2180, Cross River State leading public affairs analyst Prince Thomas Abi Jr has sent in his felicitation message.
The social commentator's congratulatory message reads thus:
'Congratulations Hon. Eteng Jones Williams on your re-run election. The good People of Yakurr 2 have showed you so much love. They have spoken that they believe in you, it is now time for you to pay them back by empowering the youths, protecting the weak, empowering the women, keying into developmental programmes that are geared towards ameliorating the sufferings of your people.
Your going back to the State House of Assembly should be an opportunity for you to restructure towards the growth and development of your people. I urge you to speak from your heart, do not let the good People of Yakurr 2 down.
