To strengthen the Primary health care delivery system in Cross River State, the Governor, Sen. (Prof.) Ben Ayade has approved a state-wide Needs Assessment of all Primary Health Centres in Cross River State.
Consequently, all Local Government Primary Health Care Coordinators are hereby requested to complete and submit the Primary Health Care Needs Assessment check-list from their LGA's on or before Tuesday, 16th of February, 2016 to the Department of Community & Primary Health Care, Governor's office, Calabar.
The affected officers are hereby requested to please treat this as urgent and necessary.
