Your Letter written to His Excellency the Governor of Cross River State, Senator Prof. Ben Ayade, titled “SAVE OUR SOULS” has been delivered in my office.
Your request as students of Cross River State in the Diaspora is a positive obligation in which the State is ready to address to enable you complete your studies in various disciplines.
In view of the above, may I at this juncture appeal to the students executive body of the Cross River State Government Scholarship -Russian Federation, to contact my office to commence discussion on the above subject to enable the state Government to pay your 2014/15 and 2015/16 accordingly.
