On this day in 2014, the vibrant Governor of CRS, Sen Prof. Ayade Benedict won the PDP primary.
Governor Ayade is a man of Destiny. He is a man who dreams and achieves his dreams no matter how the road looks rough or tough. He is one man who, when he focuses his mind on something, he goes for it and that is how true leaders should act.
The world would have been doomed today if we hadn't leaders who are dreamers. Martin Luther King Jr., had a dream that one day a black man will rule America and today President Barack Obama is President of America. David Oyedepo had a dream that he is going to own a school and today he has the best private University in Nigeria. The leader of Dubai, Ibn Rashid Al Maktoum had a dream of industrializing Dubai from a nation that is built on bureaucracy and today, Dubai is a tourist hub. With about the best digital and medical city. Lee Kuan Yew had a dream of redeeming the lost glory of Singapore and he did it with out failing. Today, in Singapore you can not talk about Singapore without calling the antecedents of Lee Kuan Yew.
I am certain that Prof. Ayade is going to perform as he marches CRS from a civil service State to an industrialized State where jobs will be provided for our People. Where food won't be a luxury but a necessity for every family.
It is now evident why the CRS political picture was the way it was because a shining star was coming to take over the mantle of leadership.
Joseph in the Bible never had it easy. But God used him to liberate his people. I see CRS consolidating with Prof. Ayade. He is known to be a man with the gateway to divine supplies and I am optimistic he is going to succeed as Governor in the months ahead.
