Let me be very frank with you Mr Abang. Ayade knows he didn't win the judgement. The verdict had loopholes that made it seem like it was a win for SAN Joe Agi. The reactions of SAN Paul Erokoro also points to that fact.
I am not speaking on Joe Agi's place, but it is my sincere submission that if Ayade actually won the verdict, knowing who he is, CRS will be too small for his celebration. Apart from the loopholes created by the verdict that led for the appeal, I want to also inform you that I am aware of the frenzy in activities to get SAN Joe Agi and Ayade to the negotiation table by all cost. I am aware of the people that were sent to Abuja while the governor was away in Ireland.
If Ayade won the case and he's comfortable that he can win the appeal, then why bother SAN Joe Agi for negotiations? Why is that important? Why do you pay people to write news reviews on CRBC to blackmail people who are seeking redress in court for imposition, injustice, and impunity of the past administration? If you won the verdict, so be it. The governor should move on and stop distracting himself.
Let me use this opportunity to tell Oscar Ofuka that SAN Joe Agi is not a "black spot". In his news review titled "Frivolous Petitions" on 14th August, 2015 on CRBC, Oscar referred to Agi as one of those black spot in CRS. It is pertinent to understand that Agi is not a "black spot". I think Oscar missed out a very important point. Which is that black spots could be referred to as a place where people also stay to do shady dealings. I understand that the PDP of Liyel Imoke operated from black spots. But it is Joe Agi (SAN) that said no more black spots. And decided to bring them to white spots.
Please it should be known that Agi does not have any problems with Ayade. But that the process of Ayade emergence as the party flagbearer was faulty and all black spotted, and needed whitening. Since the matter is "frivolous" as stated by Oscar Ofuka, I think Agi should be left alone without further embarrassment of sending government personalities to go look for him.
Let the governor face his signature projects, so that he can have something to present to Crossriverians on his 100 days in office. The verdict as announced by the federal high court cannot be changed. Agi's appeal cannot be questioned neither can it be changed too.
Let's leave this frivolous matter alone. Ayade! Please concentrate.
If i may ask, if ayade is such a white sport what is his real year of birth? Or is he using all of the above??
