After an opening defeat to Portugal in the ongoing European Championship U21s tournament. England are set to bounce back with a win against Sweden as Tottenham Harry Kane has insisted the motive they had going into the tournament as to winning two games from the Group to qualify is still the same.

England has not won a game at a U21 European tournament since reaching the final in 2009. Their record has been woefully poor considering their bright new talents they produce every tournament. Given their record, they have Won 0, Draw 2, and Lost 4.

England Manager Gareth Southgate is expected to make just one change from the team that lost to Portugal on Thursday: Spurs winger Alex Pritchard in place of Manchester United’s Jesse Lingard.
