After collecting his first Premier League title on Sunday, Cesc
Fabregas headed to Barcelona to celebrate his 28th birthday.
The Chelsea midfielder was spotted walking down the centre of the
Catalan capital in the company of his wife Daniella Semaan and his
daughter.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Fabregas visited Lionel Messi and his
family, with whom he maintains a good
relationship.
