The English footballer; Fraser Forster is facing up to a year out of
football following an operation to repair serious damage to the
patellar tendon of his left knee.
The Southampton and England goalkeeper suffered the injury when he
collided with Sam Vokes in the 2-0 win against Burnley on Saturday
and, after a scan on Monday, he underwent surgery Wednesday afternoon.
